We’ve enlisted Tony Conigliaro, one of the world’s leading drinks pioneers, to develop a range of unique and varied cocktails for the lounge bar at Heliot.Tony continues to break the boundaries of the drinking experience and has worked closely with some of the most prolific chefs and food scientists, including Feran Adria and Harold McGee, to develop and establish new cocktail methods and trends that have inspired a global audience.
